On September we took a small trip to the olive camps of Vasilis and the factory responsible for preparing olives for the market. For me this was an opportunity to have an insight of what it takes to get the olives from the olive trees to the jars we see at the supermarkets. As well as all the entities involved in these procedures and the amount of work taken to do so.
